Shay is an experimental chef, creative consultant and on/off restaurateur on the cutting edge of culinary cool. Shay has a growing online presence, thanks in part to appearances on Vice: Munchies (415K views) and multiple appearances on Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube (347K views).
Shay is a bit of a culinary nomad. He now runs his latest venture, Queimado in the up and coming neighbourhood of Bairro Alto in Lisbon.
Shay established The Rebel Dining Society, Shoreditch culinary pop up – Death By Burrito and wrote a cookbook. He has also featured in advertising campaigns for Tanqueray Gin, Converse and Oliver Spencer.
