John Adams, a multi award-winning dad blogger, DadBlogUK.

John lives near London with his wife Gill and two young daughters, Helen and Izzy. Back in 2011, John gave up his career in PR and communications to become the main carer for his kids, while his wife works full time and provided financially for the family. He started blogging about his experiences soon afterwards.

Over the years he has written about everything from birth and childcare to education and preparing for puberty. John’s blogging exploits have taken him all the way to Australia and he has picked up numerous awards along the way including numerous Vuelio Awards. He regularly appears on TV and radio commenting on all manner of family, parenting, and lifestyle issues.

John was part of the award winning 2020/21 LinkedIn Changemakers campaign. Bringing together influential individuals, John advocated for flexible working and better access for parents and carers.
