Louise loves community and a sense of common action: supporting local businesses, pottering around the Saturday market, and if there’s a music gig, you’ll find her at the front, dancing. Trained in movement, she now runs bespoke workshops for mothers in the postpartum period, exploring how the body changes through pregnancy and into parenthood. A historical dance nerd at heart, her choreography passion spans baroque through to traditional country, and she has been known to call a ceilidh or two!
