Jonathan was born in Carlisle and grew up in the North of England. He graduated from the Royal Scottish Conservatoire where he studied Acting.
Over the next decade he lived and worked in Russia, Vietnam and Malta. While in Moscow he made his first short film BIRTHDAY which was screened at international festivals.
In 2016 Jonathan returned to the UK and was a finalist in the RED PLANET PRIZE with his pilot for sci-fi thriller series EUSTON.
Currently living in London he is developing various television and feature projects.
